Hi, I'm Michael Sapsed. I have been a keen photographer for almost 30 years. In the 1980′s I set-up a darkroom and experimented with many darkroom techniques whilst developing and printing B&W and Colour prints and slides. I enjoy taking and displaying photos.
Mock Dan Grading
A successful Mock Dan Grading at the Church Hall on the evening of Friday 11th April 2014. Attending were Oscar, Justin, Tony (1st Kyu’s), Matt (2nd Kyu) and Christopher (1st Dan). Bill ran a hard session and everyone had a great workout. They even managed a smile or two at the end for the camera.
Congratulating Georgina on Gold
Northgate Karate Class congratulates Georgina for her recent success at the EKF Nationals in Sheffield over the weekend of the 29th and 30th March. Four times National Champion Georgina is pictured with class members and separately with Bill.
Northgate Grading
Northgate Karate Grading on the 29th March 2014 at Northgate Sports Centre. This was one of the largest gradings for some time with 45 members grading and all achieving their next belt.
Teliah, Georgina and Ruby

A massive well done to Teliah Turner for achieving her 1st Dan. At the grading to provide support were Gerry Turner (4th Dan & Dad!), Bill Williams (4th Dan), Christopher Sapsed (1st Dan) and Emma Chambers (1st Dan). The pressures now on for Rhekia and TJ.
