Well done to all 13 club members who attended the EKKA East Anglian Championships on the 12th October at Northgate Sports Centre. It was another rewarding event with plenty of medals and trophies won.

Red Dragons grading at the Church Hall. All 19 members achieved their next belt. The standard was high with plenty of Merits and Distinctions.
